Ballbusting is a form of CBT in which a male’s genitalia are violently attacked. It is commonly performed by a female domme who takes pleasure in smacking, kicking, stepping on, and mutilating a male’s testicles. The males are referred to as slaves and treated as such, writhing in absolute pain as their most sensitive parts are assaulted. Pleasure is experienced by both parties as the domme satisfies her need to control her situation to her liking, and the slave explores his own inner most feelings towards pain. A dominant male master can also do Ballbusting to a submissive male, but often times it is only done by women.
