Nose fetishism (nose fetish or nasophilia) is a paraphilia in which an individual is sexually aroused by the sight, touch, or erotic sucking of a woman's nose. Less common, but of interest, are those who are aroused by having their nose stroked, felt, or sucked. The arousal may be caused by the shape or the size of the nose. Many enjoy the erotic stroking of a female's nose; sliding ones thumb and forefinger down the bridge and fleshy bulb, learning the shape and construction of her nose. This will often lead to the sucking of the nose; taking a woman's entire nose into his mouth and sucking on it in a very erotic manner.
