Water sports, or urolagnia is the term used urine play in a sexual setting.
Urine is composed mainly of water, and contains many chemicals that are mostly wastes or byproducts of the body. Some substances found in urine are: potassium, sodium, magnesium, and several nitrogen-based substances such as urea and creatinine. There are also trace amounts of ammonia and uric acid. The consumption of urine itself can’t harm you unless it is ingested in large amounts. It is stated in some survival guides that if no water supply is readily available that you can drink your own urine in small amounts.

Diseases such as Hepatitis B, Cytomegalovirus, genital herpes, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV (if the person urinating has a urinary tract infection), can be contracted from the urine. Some legal drugs can be passed on through the urine in the original form or a more active form. If one is using urine play as a form of domination, the submissive should not be told to hold the urine for too long, doing so can cause a bladder infection or can cause discomfort during intercourse.
Before engaging in such activities, you might want to purchase plastic sheets and a bed pad to minimize clean up.
